GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

PRICES
Prices of this price-list are to be intended carriage paid our factory and can be changed al any time, without notice: Italian market: payment terms cash on delivery (except any other particular agreement).
Foreign countries: payment terms transfer (except any other particular agreement during the contract)

ORDERS
Are possible by fax. Verbal orders can also be possible but we do not assume the responsibility for mistakes or misunderstandings. Delivery time is only indicative and we can change it at any time.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
At buyer’s risk (except any other particular agreement). We have no other responsibility when good have already been delivered to the Transporter. We are not responsible for damage, delay on delivery, theft during transport. Any object have to be contracted between the consignee and the carrier. The consignee commits himself to pay anyway the goods.

CARRIER
We use only rapid, efficient and cheap carriers.

PRIVACY
By law 675/96
Customer’s data will be only used to fulfil law obligation or to send brochures.

RESTITUTION OF GOODS
Faulty goods can be sent back only if informed up to 5 days from receipt and must have The Sales Dept. Authorization.
Goods must be sent back to IMPAKT wharehouse with a suitable packing. Delivery cost at your charge. Customer must verify the assembly of the components before painting. Any cost for the inapplicability of goods will not repaid.
IMPAKT Company guarantees many quality controls of the products before commercializing them. It is also possible to change something on the car, for the installation of our products.
In this case, we do not change it personally and the pertinent costs will be at your charge.

All above mentioned conditions are accepted in full during the contract.
For any dispute: law courts in Vicenza.

This price-list can be changed at any time. Concerning the rules of the road, IMPAKT does not assume the responsibility for a bad use of the goods (which are only foreseen for aesthetical tuning). These equipment are available for exhibitions and stands. We do not assume the responsibility for the damages to people and things when using these cars.
